One of the most buzzing terms that dominate the finance industry is personal loan. As the name implies, it is used for fulfilling our personal purposes.
While filing an application for personal loan, one has to be aware of the pros and cons associated with it. Some expert tips for personal loans may help you in this process.
Several factors like credit score, net income are taken into account by banks and financial institutions before qualifying an individual for a loan. However it is necessary that you compare several quotations before making up your mind for the loan.
Most borrowers consider the interest rate to be the only parameter for deciding upon the loan. However, certain additional costs like originating, processing, underwriting and credit report fees can jack up your total cost.
However, Federal Truth in Lending Act makes it mandatory for the banks and other creditors to consider the above factors for lending purpose. The above factors including interest rates are considered and arrived at a figure viz. APR (Annual Percentage Rate). The APR of two banks may vary widely even if they charge the same interest rate.
Again, it is a common perception that personal loans can be used as a device for meeting your current financial deficit. However, researches show that repayment of loans in this process only multiplies your debt burden and thrust you towards failure

Hope you all are in good health. Today, I would like to share with you something on payday loans. Friends, all this time I had been a part of the community and shortly I realized that if I can share some good stuff on payday loan it would be great. Guys! If at all my words are of some help to you I shall be very glad.
You know, in real terms payday loan can be defined as a short term unsecured cash advance to which a person mainly commits in times of acute financial crisis. Mainly there are two types of payday loans.
One is a storefront payday loan
Other is the on line payday loan
Superficially, payday loan seems to be a “blessing” for the customers who are in acute financial cricis. But a “greater insight” into the theory of processing of the payday loan will indeed give us an idea that if it is a “blessing or a curse” in true sense of term.
Apparently the procedure of transaction seems very simple. If one is in dire requirement of cash he/she can achieve it in no time. Only he has to be a U.S. employed citizen possessing a checking account. It is from this simplicity in transaction that the complication of payday loan originates. Guys, the trick is that the entire process is simple but the hidden clutch of” possessing the checking account to be compulsory” adds to the complexity. This means if one does not have a checking account he/she is not qualified for a payday loan. Thus despite some claiming it to be an “unsecured loan” some others also consider it to be a “secured loan”. In a way we can say the entire process of the concept of payday loan is a simple means of ambushing the society into the “vicious cycle of debt trap.” The checking account plays a very important role only because the borrower has to provide the lender with a post dated check as an assurance of the repayment of the money at the assigned time of paying back the amount. Now, after the loan is processed the borrower writes a postdated check to the lender for cash advance amount and the lender’s fee and he can acquire the money within 30 min to an hour.
I would try to convey the ill effects of obtaining a Payday loan through my following posts.

It’s a long time back I’ve last posted here. Sorry to all of you. Today I’m going to review few resources that i had discussed in my earlier posts.
Cafepress.com - This is one of the most popular ecommerce site where you have option to create your own store absolutely free-of-charge. Yes I mean it. You don’t have to spend any money for maintaining your store throughout the year. They will only charge a fixed rate of commission for each sale you make out of your store. That’s it. The interface is very attractive with all the options for you to customize your store. Most importantly cafepress has got a strong community which will help you to advertise your store and to gain comments and feedbacks of your products.
Another great resource I found while surfing the net is lulu.com for publishing your products online absolutely free. That means like cafepress, you don’t have to pay anything to maintain your store. The commission is charged for every sale. Here also you will be having a community to discuss on your product. Moreover they are offering some additional features to promote your product. You may check these two sites.

Today I’m going to start the lesson on how can you earn money by maintaining your blog. Here they are:
|
|
|
- Google AdSence - This is a good way of earning money by running Google’s ads on your blog. Now you may be thinking how to go about it. Though most of our blog members have done it already,
I’m going to show once again. click here.
- Sale your products - I’ve gone through a fantastic site cafepress.com. This site allows individual to sell various types of goods without investing any capital. Isn’t it attractive? All required is one signup and start your store without investing any money. My observation is that it’s great place for the creative people. If you are an author or an information expert, you will be enjoying their self-publishing program where you will be able sell your books, CDs, music files etc. The main advantage is that you can fix the price of your product. There are other good programs. I’ll list them up if I find a good one.
- Advertisements - Now a days, most bloggers are making money by running advertisements on their blogs. You will be happy to know that there is a good chance of cashing in even if your blog is not among the top rated blogs. All you need to make sure that you have targeted content in your blog to attract people. Suppose, if your blog is about informative books available on the Internet, you can target advertisers of books through Google Search. There are some good advertising networks other than the Google AdSence. I’m listing some of them here.
- Affiliate Programs - I hope now you have some idea on what is an affiliate program and how does it work. It is also becoming popular among the bloggers for earning easy cash. All you need to sign up with the company and once your are declared eligible to join a their program, you will be given a referral id by them to identify the referrer. Two of the most popular affiliate program available in the market are Amazon and Barnes and Noble. You can try with them.
In my next post, I’ll be reviewing some resources that I’ve listed here and will share my experiences to help you earn more.

There are different types of money making program available in the internet:
- Pay per impression - In this program, you will be paid according to the number of times the advertiser’s banner is displayed on your site. The amount is calculated on the basis of the number of thousand impressions of the banner. By impressions, I mean the number of times the banner is displayed. Say you earn $5 for displaying 1000 banners in your site. So, the amount you earn is usually small but your conversion rate will increase because you will be earning everytime a visitor loads the page.
- Pay per click - Here you will be able to earn as and when a visitor clicks the advertiser’s banner on your site. If the banner is attractive one, you have a great chance to get high conversion rate. the only thing you need to make sure is that you choose the right banner to suit the target visitor of your site.
- Pay per sale or lead - If you join this program, you will make money if you refer a visitor from your site to the advertiser’s site through the banner placed on your site and if he purchases their product or registers with them to avail their services i.e. you will be paid for each sale or lead.
A few more things that you need to know. Here they are:
What is Affiliate Program?
The concept that I discussed yesterday for making money is known as “Affiliate System”. In short, I can say that it is the way by which you can earn by promoting other site’s product or services on your site. This method is so handy that you will be able to earn money by simply displaying the advertisement on your site even when you are asleep. Further, you don’t have to care about any customer service, product delivery, payment processing or any other responsibilities.
There are affiliate networks and directories available in the market. I am mentioning here some of those for your easy reference:
- http://www.reviewcentre.com/products129.html
- http://www.cryer.co.uk/resources/affiliatenetworks.htm
- http://www.associateprograms.com/search/index.shtml
- http://www.affiliatesdirectory.com/directory/
How to choose affiliate program?
It is the most important stage while you start off. My ultimate suggestion is “not to choose any program according to the payment scheme or it will degrade your site standard as well as popularity”. You need to judge your target audience based on the information you are providing them. For example, if you are providing some information on books, it will be profitable for you if you choose the amazon’s affiliate program. So I would suggest you to cencentrate on few good affiliate programs based on the your audience.
Tomorrow I will focus on earning money from your blogs. Bye for today…

Hi everyone! This is Simon. I am the affiliate manager of debtconsolidationcare. It’s great that we have got individual blogs for ourselves to share our information, views and experiences. As our sole objective is to free people from the burden of debt and make them happy, I would also like to contribute by sharing some knowledge with you so that you can earn some money by having your blog here.
Different methods of making money online
Here I will tell you some tips on how to earn money online without investing any money. The only thing you need are some time to devote on working on the related stuffs and good resources. Hopefully I can give you some new ideas on how to start with and to increase your earnings gradually. To get success, you need to have proper knowledge and ammunition to work on and to get as much visitors as possible to your site or blog to increase the chance of making good amount of money.
At first we will be discussing on the ways to make money online and that also without investing anything. There are primarily two ways:
- Through advertising - While surfing on the net, if you come across some sites having banner advertisement on most pages, you may be thinking that those sites are very popular in the internet and the advertiser are eager to have their advertisement placed in those sites for marketing purpose. Now you can raise a question “are those sites are really popular one?”. Well! I would say that not in all cases. Today the marketing concept tells that if you are able to refer some potential visitors or buyers to the advertising site by placing their banners on your site or blog, the advertising site will pay you some part of its income as commission. So now it is a great chance that you make money while you sleep.
- Through selling good and services - You can sell the products or services of the advertisers indirectly. Now the question is “how can you sell the products services indirectly?”. You can do that by placing their advertisement on your site or blog. If someone goes to their site through that advertisement and purchases their product or get registered with them to avail their online services, you will be paid by the advertising site for referring the visitor from your site or blog.
Tomorrow, we will discuss on the different stuffs available on the internet to make money and thus gradually you will be learning the whole process. I need your comments and feedbacks so that I can try to help you more.
