Thus despite some claiming it to be an “unsecured loan” some others also consider it to be a “secured loan”. In a way we can say the entire process of the concept of payday loan is a simple means of ambushing the society into the “vicious cycle of debt trap.” The checking account plays a very important role only because the borrower has to provide the lender with a post dated check as an assurance of the repayment of the money at the assigned time of paying back the amount. Now, after the loan is processed the borrower writes a postdated check to the lender for cash advance amount and the lender’s fee and he can acquire the money within 30 min to an hour.
